By accessing Shadow Market EU, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services at any time. All digital sales are final once access is granted, except where required by EU law.

1. The platform

Shadow Market EU is a multi-vendor marketplace that lets independent sellers run their own storefronts. Each seller is responsible for the listings, fulfilment and customer service of their own products.

2. Accounts

Sellers must verify their email and complete identity verification (KYC) where required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Commission & payouts

Shadow Market EU charges a flat 15% commission on every sale. Sellers keep 85% and receive payouts to the bank account connected via Stripe. Plan upgrades may unlock advanced features but do not change the commission rate.

4. Taxes & shipping

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and charged to the customer. Sellers are responsible for declaring and remitting any taxes for which they are liable.

5. Refunds & disputes

Customers should contact the seller first. Where required by EU consumer law, refunds will be issued. Shadow Market EU may mediate disputes and reverse payouts in cases of fraud or policy violation.

7. Liability

Shadow Market EU is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
