By using FitPlan you agree to these Terms. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may modify or improve the courses at any time.

1. The service

FitPlan sells online education about gym training, cooking and diet planning. Courses consist of written lessons, step-by-step instructions, knowledge checks and a completion certificate.

2. Accounts

A free account is required so purchases and lesson progress can be saved to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 15 years old to use FitPlan.

3. Purchases & access

Courses are one-time purchases in Swedish kronor, processed by Stripe. Access is granted to your account as soon as payment is confirmed and does not expire. The All Access Bundle unlocks every published course.

4. Refunds

Digital course content is delivered immediately, so the EU right of withdrawal lapses once you start using the course. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will resolve it in line with EU consumer law.

5. Licence & use

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course content. Copying, resale, redistribution or public republishing of lessons is not allowed. See our Rules.

6. Health disclaimer

FitPlan provides general education, not medical, dietary or physiotherapy advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training or diet if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. You train and eat at your own risk.

7. Liability

FitPlan is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including injury resulting from misapplied exercises.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
